Mandy Easton is a certified Nutrition and Weight Management Advisor, here to guide you through 8-12 week programmes to help you reach your nutrition and weight goals sensibly. 

When it comes to food, whatever the goal, Move Train Eat’s Nutrition Coaching offers individuals a safe space to talk about lifestyle and barriers, an opportunity to learn about macronutrient intake and energy expenditure and to feel empowered when thinking about their own nutrition going forward. 

With experience and certification across nutrition and multiple forms of movement, Mandy offers bespoke packages focused on nutrition only, as well as combination packages which include nutrition coaching, one to one pilates sessions, postural and strength building programmes, with access to group exercise too.​
