Our Story
Lead instructor and owner, Mandy Easton created Move Train Eat to combine focused Pilates movement connecting the body and mind, fun ‘exercise to music’ training AND healthy, nutritious eating and drinking to help you feel the very best you can.
Mandy trained as a Group Exercise Instructor with YMCA Fit and Frame Academy in London in 2019 with the ambition of making exercise enjoyable and something you look forward to. Following this, Mandy qualified with Future Fit Ltd as a Level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor, Pre- and Post-Natal Pilates Specialist and Nutrition and Weight Management Advisor, before launching the platform Move Train Eat, bringing them all together in one place.
Pre- & Post-Natal
As a mum of one, Mandy has experienced the pre and post-natal journey and understands the challenges women face during this time. As your body prepares for birth, recovers, and you care for a newborn, Mandy can support you in staying mentally and physically strong with Mat Pilates.
After qualifying in Level 3 Mat Pilates, Mandy studied Pre and Post Natal Pilates to enhance our private and group offering, helping women stay fit during one of the most important times in their lives. We aim to help you stay strong and confident through these changes.
Every woman’s pregnancy and recovery is different, so we like to connect with you first, find out what you’re looking for and come up with the best workout programme (whether it’s online or in person, or private or in a group), together.
